Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Signed books purchased with “Optional personalized text” are non-returnable/non-refundable items.
We accept returns for unsigned and generically signed books within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).
Fully refundable items must be received in new condition. Books returned that have any signs of use, damage or wear are only eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the item's price, or less depending on the condition in which we receive it.

If you receive a damaged book, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery (via email at: ra@randomUniverse.net) to request a replacement.

All returns, refunds and exchanges must be pre-authorized by randomUniverse™.
If you wish to return an item, you must first send an email to: ra@randomUniverse.net.
Please include a brief description of the reason for which you would like to return the item.
We will send you a return authorization code along with the return address you will need to send it to.

DO NOT send returns to our Post Office box, it is for letters only, and is not large enough to accommodate books and packages.
randomUniverse™ is not responsible for any items sent to our Post Office box as the Post Office will not accept, hold, or return any such items.
